Ranger McKinney

Biography

I am a doctoral student in Political Theory focused on theories of social bonds, human sexuality, and ideology within the Marxist traditions. My work also involves historical research of the 20th century labor movement in the US and workers' movements more broadly.

Before coming to UVA, I earned my MA from Virginia Tech with a thesis entitled "Comradery, Class, and Consciousness."
