Xiomara Seminario Candiotti

Biography

I am a doctoral student in the Department of Politics at the University of Virginia. My research lies at the intersection of comparative politics and political behavior, with a focus on how socioeconomic and informational inequalities shape political attitudes, institutional trust, and perceptions of democracy.

Before coming to UVA, I received an M.Sc. in Social Scientific Data Analysis and a B.Sc. in Sociology from Lund University.
