Brantly Womack is in Hanoi keynoting the Fifth International Conference of Vietnam Studies with a talk on The Vietnam-China-U.S. Triangle—What Next?  The conference is a quadrennial interdisciplinary event sponsored by Vietnam National University (VNU).  He will also be speaking at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and at VNU.
