Doctoral student Chris Dictus has won the prestigious Dwight D. Eisenhower/Clifford Roberts Graduate Fellowship, awarded by the Eisenhower Institute at Gettysburg College. This competitive fellowship provides a $10,000 stipend to pursue research on "the role of government in a free society, citizen public service, public policy, and improved understanding of America's role in world affairs."
