Paul Morrow is a political philosopher and postdoctoral scholar in the Program in Political Philosophy, Policy and Law. His research addresses normative questions related to war and mass violence. Since coming to UVA in 2014 he has taught courses on “War, Genocide, and Justice” and “Theories of Moral Progress.”
